Mystical Spiritualist Church

The Ordination process is outlined in the Bylaws of the Mystical Spiritualist Church. Our policy is that this should be a simple process and low cost so that anyone who feels the calling of promoting personal spirituality, mysticism or spiritualism based on metaphysical concepts can have the opportunity to answer that call.  Our church has stages of profiency to go through in this Ordination Process, that the Ministers and Education Committee have outlined.  Though we have this formal process for becoming ordained, none of it is meant to  impede the important work of sharing the message and carrying on the purpose and mission of the Mystical Spiritualist Church.

We do require that every one that through ordination accepts "holy orders" from within, through this Church, agrees with a tenet that Religion nay not be base on any particular Master or Guru. By this we mean that the best way of learning about the true nature of ourselves and the universe around lies within ourselves, as directed by our attitudes, beliefs, concepts and desires.  This is a combination of science and spirit. However, as ever evolving souls, we keep an open heart and mind toward inspiring new ideas, concepts and beliefs.

Ordination means that this Church has authorized the clergy person to perform Invocations, Church Services, Healings, Share Spiritual Advice, Perform Marriages, Baby Naming, Funerals, Affirmations of Love, Renewal of Marriage Vows, Special Holiday ceremonies and Conduct Spirit Circles in the name of this church. Ordained Clergy are prohibited from performing ceremonies that involve, circumcision or animal sacrifice.
