These sentences, phrases and paragraphs are given to you, here, as Fast Food for the Soul or as they say in Britain, Spiritual Take Away, so that you might take something with you, chew on it a while, digest it and apply it as you begin to step a little higher and lighter through life.

Love Notes:
1) When Nixon was impeached as I watched a funeral on TV, out of no-where, I had an urge to send Richard Nixon love and light. Altough I did not think that he was such a nice guy, I also thought that he was set-up. In any case he was in pain, and I was able to rise above what happened and just felt that he needed love and light. - Aimee
2) In the early days of the Bush Administration I was involved in a Spirit Circle that met in Mission Viejo, CA. Part of what we did in Circle was sending "healing" to individuals.
AS part of our activities, I was asked if I would like some healing energy for my prostate problem. I replied, "Yes, bu only if George Bush is in the Healing Chair with me. It seemed that every time I would share "healing" (light & love) with George Bush and the Whitehouse, the news from the Whitehouse was always more positive the next day!

PERSPECTIVE
It was Vibrations of Love that created the entire universe ... thus, it is made out of love vibrations and also made with love! So, as we send love, it brings out the creative energies similar to what science calls "stem cells". These are, in the human body, a physical representation of the energies that formed the universe ... that also formed the one you send love to. Thus, bringing them a little closer to Who They Really Are, which is love, manifesting in a physically living human form. - Brother John
