According to our Bylaws ... ARTICLE VII, Section B
ANNUAL MEETINGS:
1) An annual meeting of The Board of Directors is required during the month of January of each year.
2) An annual membership meeting is also held during the month of January of each year. At this meeting, the President and Head Minister shall give an address telling the membership of their views of the Church’s opportunities (progress and problems) over the past year and anticipated changes in the coming year.
3) Membership voting may only take place at Annual or Special Membership Meetings, as described in these bylaws. A quorum, in either case shall be called when half, plus 1, of regularly attending and available members are present.
