Biological Spirituality in your body and life around you
While relaxing my sore muscles that had awakened me early in the morning, I realized:
Biologically and anatomically, all muscles have Origins (where they anchor to pull from) bellies (where they act, electromagnetically, chemically and biologically as they digest your commands, whether conscious or subconscious) and Insertions (where they attach to a movable body member where their action "inserts" into life). This might be called the Holy Trinity of Muscles; as One muscle, with three parts.
The feeling I have is that as we humans relax our need for meeting somebody else's "perfections"; instead of losing control of life around us, as we've been told would happen, we actually allow our real selves to shine through. Thus, as we relax our minds, emotions and bodies and let the light of our spiritual energy or being, that we are at our core (or coeur), shine through, we free up a lot of worry energy so that it can transform into "wonder" and "joy".
Yes, inside our bodies, as we allow our muscles to flow more creative energy (nerve energy for action, blood for nourishment and lymph to cleanse), this increased flow of divine energy (or "chi" that enlivens your muscles) then flows more naturally and easily in, around and through the big grey muscle in our skull as well. All this activity also nourishes the ever beating red muscle in our chest, linking both heart and head in a harmony that is seldom seen. This was what made the man Jesus seem Christ-like, for his coordinated energy was seen to be "crystal clear", thus called "Christ energy"> This is the spark of divine that shines a beacon of life, light and love within each one of us. He knew it, we doubt it!
The relaxation and release of all of our doubts, fears, frustrations, angers and feelings of imperfection releases the many tensions that we have built up our bodies; in our brains, in our hearts and even in our lives; releasing the love energy that we are witghin, thus empowering us, as we allow it to extend our life energy beyond our physical boundaries (this is true "out-reach" that Christianity seeks). In this church, we seek to go above and beyond the imagined limitations of time, distance or just plain value. This may beachieved by as much as 25 to 33%, even half again as much as could have been achieved "the old way" of healing! This is how we channel infinite, divine "life giving" energy!
As I was releasing my expectations on life and breathing deeply to release and replace the toxins that were making my muscles tense and sore, as I stretched my muscles it seemed that my life was beeing extended, also.
As we each relax, we may find greater abilities, both biologically and spiritually, to stretch and extend our reach in life. This gives you, me and others the ability to stretch even further, in distance, through time, space, love and grace ... as Jesus did, as a man that became the Christed one. He did this by flowing light, lightness of heart, joy, laughter, love and all the divine energies that people today, still seek.
"All that I do, ye may do also", he said. So, the only question is "when do we start"? This is the "Free Will" choice that has ever been not only Adam and Eve's, but all of humanity's, including yours and mine.
As Neale Donald Walsch says in his Conversations With God" books, "We are the Gods we have been waiting for". All we need do is Wake Up from our slumber.
May the New Years approacing 2012 and beyond help to awaken each one who reads this!
