GET READY FOR 2012 ... as the veil thins and time lines seem to merge.
In February 2011 Rev. John M. Kohlenberger will be facilitating a discussion class that will deal with the concepts and ideas found in Donald Neale Walsch's third book in his "Conversations with God" series. This discussion will be offered as a part of the the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Yavapai College in Prescott Arizona. We will discuss the book in six sessions, each lasting two hours, with a break in the middle.
Prerequisites: Come with an open mind and heart, realizing that everybody has an opinion that is valid and valuable to them. Thus, while some opinions may differ from yours or mine, it is our right to disagree and still love our neighbor-student. We are all students of the divine, thus none is above or below another. We look forward to some "spirited discussions", with you as a participant, in early 2011!
Buy the book early (where ever books are sold - Barnes & Noble, Amazon, EBay ...). Please be ready at the first class by reading the first 3 chapters before that session.
Homework: Each week John will assign about 3 chapters to read during the week, before the next class, so you may be ready to discuss their content at the next class session.
Bible Student Extra: Rev. John will give attendees a handout listing biblical and other references to western religions in this book. Other study aids may also become available as our discussions progress.

CLASS SUMMARY
Given the world in which we live and the stories we have told ourselves endlessly about this world, it is hardly surprising that some people have found it challenging to embrace and implement the messages found in the Conversations with God series. As you read this book (Book 3) and we discuss it in class, you may find that life as we are living it is counter to all of our best intentions. Life truly ebbs and flows, thus the tide of events may sometimes seem to run counter to the way we think we deeply understand Ultimate Reality to be. What we have convinced ourselves about love does not ring true in our heart and what we have told ourselves about the God of our fathers feels deeply uncomfortable in our soul, today.
This class will give you an opportunity to think again and possibly make some new decisions and create new realities in your life as you to learn about this presentation of Donald Neale Walsch's musings about a New Spirituality.

Alice was not the only one to reach "Wonder Land"!
Through the "Worm Hole" of time and space, as they unite in a collapse into the mathemetically provable singularity point ... that we call Source ... Oneness in Love is achieved!
Are science and spirit really separate or are they two different views of Universal Beingness?
Have you ever asked these questions? WHO ARE WE? WHY ARE WE HERE? WHAT IS THE POINT OF LIFE? WHY AM I HERE? IS MY LIFE JUST AN ACCIDENT? WHAT IS MY PURPOSE?
Read this book and come to these discussion classes to FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF!

WHAT IT'S
ALL ABOUT
All of your life you have been told that God created you. I come now to tell you this: You are creating God.
When I first heard those words in my mind and placed them in this manuscript, I knew that I was dealing here with nothing short of spiritual revolution. I realize I've said this before, but I'm saying it again for emphasis so you may be clear as to the exact nature of the experience to which Conversations with God invites you.
You are being drawn to a new understanding of Life and a new level of awareness of Who You Are. You are being called to a new level of commitment to move to a new level of consciousness in the service of creating a newer world. You are being inspired to engage more fully and on a more personal basis than ever before in that Divine Process called Evolution, that humanity may advance ever more rapidly across the timetable of eternity. - from the new "In Closing" section
Praise for Neale Donald Walsch and Conversations with God
"Imagine my surprise, then, to discover myself deeply engaged, challenged, and at times even enlightened by the conversations with God that Walsch presents. . . . There is something deeply inspired about this work. Neale Walsch has given us an important gift."
—Rabbi Michael Lerner, from the San Francisco Chronicle

A Few Miscellaneous Quotes from the book ... to whet your appetite: " ... things don't 'just happen'. These kinds of things don't 'just appear' at 'just the right moment' or 'by chance'. I tell you this: There are no coincidences in the universe."
"Loved ones are never far from you, never more than a thought away, and will always be there if you need them, ready with counsel or comfort or advice. If there is a high level of stress on your part about a loved one being "okay," they will send you a sign, a signal, a little "message" that will allow you to know everything's fine.
You won't even have to call on them, because souls who loved you in this life are drawn to you, pulled to you, fly to you, the moment they sense the slightest trouble or disturbance in your auric field."
"You had a civilization on Earth more advanced than the one now existing. And it destroyed itself.
Not only did it destroy itself, it nearly destroyed everything else as well.
It did this because it did not know how to deal with the very technologies it had developed. Its technological evolution was so far ahead of its spiritual evolution that it wound up making technology its Cod. The people worshiped technology, and all that it could create and bring. And so they got all that their unbridled technology brought?which was unbridled disaster.
They literally brought their world to an end."
"All caused effect is ultimately experienced by the Self."
