A Prospectus for the "Past, Present & Future" Playshop

Background Information: The ideas of reincarnation are finding increased acceptance today, as it coincides with increasing interest in the spiritual concepts of past lives and the past life regression process. This class will acquaint the student with these processes.
The concept of on-going life and reincarnation has been a part of every religion from Hinduism to Christianity with dreams often being the doorway to seeing the future as well as our past lives.
Most professionals feel that past life regression influences your life in very positive ways, since it helps you to truly evolve as a person. Thus, learning and using past life regression can help you to make better decisions in your life by learning from your past and making more life affirming choices in the future.
Course Content: Stemming from Martine's background in hypnotherapy, this workshop will be using various forms of hypnotic or "trans" states that lead to an awareness of other lifetimes. It will; deal with both regression and progression. Each student will learn the basics of hypnotherapy and self hypnosis, as natural processes; states that may be inspired from within or externally.
This workshop will allow each student toplay with their experiences, first hand, develoiping a new perception of how body, mind, and soul relate to the whole person, through time. Together, we will explore how to achieve karmic balance and releases through the use of the ancient idea of the Bardo and these modern holistic time elements.
If you are ready to expand your awareness with new understandings, you are encouraged to attend this workshop. Even if you just want to know more about your relationships, past, present and future, this is also a place for you to discover more about yourself!
Weekly Meetings: During the first 3 sessions we will learn about and use different forms of regression to visit "past lives". During the fourth week all will learn about and use hypnotic progression into a "future life". The 5th week will be an opportunity for each student to tie together what they have learned about themselves through a final "student choice" session and group discussion.
Prerequisites: In order to experience a past life regression, whether in dream, meditation, journaling or from a trans state, you need to approach it with an open mind as you honor existance and be willing to lovingly accept whatever you see or feel. Then, for maximum benefit, you also need to be willing to apply the information received to improve your present day life. Do this with an open mind and heart and it will allow the universal energies of the Divine Life Force to flow through you to renew your life.
